Shipping Policy



In-stock items typically leave our California warehouse within 1-3 business days(Monday-Friday)depending on our current volume. Shipping and delivery times may vary.

We offer free shipping in the continental USA on orders over $140.

Orders placed by 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed same business day if items are in stock and will ship in 1-3 busines days. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm EST will be processed on the follwoing Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Expedited delivery (2 Day & Overnight) is only available on business days (Monday through Friday).

Your cart contains items that are IN STOCK. Made to order, personalized items, and/or items that ship via freight will ship separately. Shipping and delivery times will vary by item.

When will I receive my items?

In-stock items: Once shipped, allow 3-7 business days for delivery and 7-10 business days for international shipments.

All other items: Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of non-freight items or 7-10 business days for delivery of items that ship via freight.

We will send you a separate shipping confirmation email and tracking number, if available, when each item ships.

Estimated Shipping Costs

You will always see your complete order total, including the exact shipping cost and taxes, before your order is placed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages.

Please Check Your Order

Customers are responsible for checking their order when it arrives to make sure that all items are present. Any order discrepancies must be communicated to us within 5 business days. We are not responsible for missing items reported after 5 business days. 

Return Policy

All returns must go through our return portal 

We accept any product(excluding sale/collaboration/fundraiser items/items purchased with a promo code)in resalable  condition for up to 21 days from the date of shipment. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style/size/product than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free return.

 We will accept returns on apparel, gear & equipment only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in the original packaging with original tags
  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be clean and free from wear
  • Items must be unwashed

We do not accept exchange or return on customer specifically designed products (custom shorts/jackets/equipment).

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).

*For your protection, undergarments, mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new.

Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments. Please include your order number in the package. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Any items returned without original tags and packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee aswell. 

Refunds (if applicable)
All Refunds/Exchanges must be processed through our online RMA system. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-4 business days. Refunds cannot be applied to orders made with a promo code.

If you received free shipping on your order above $140 USD and you make a return with the total order value falling below $140 USD, the initial shipping charge will be deducted from your refund value.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, this includes items purchased with a promo code. Items purchased with a promo code are available for exchange only.
