Return / Exchange Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns of regular-priced items (excluding sale, collaboration, or fundraiser items) in resalable condition for up to 21 days from the date of shipment.
- Shipping will only be refunded if we made a mistake in your order (wrong style, size, or product).
- Contact customer service for approval before returning any items. Returns sent without approval will not qualify for free return shipping.
Conditions for Returns
We accept returns on apparel, gear, and equipment only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Items are in original packaging with original tags
- Items are unused, unwashed, and clean
- Items show no signs of wear
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or customer-specific products (custom shorts, jackets, equipment)
- Undergarments, mouth guards, protective cups, compression shorts
- Gift cards
Items that do not meet the above criteria (e.g., dirty, smells of smoke or detergent, covered in pet hair, deodorant marks, visible signs of wear) will not be accepted.
All returns must be processed through our Return Portal.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Pack items in the original packaging with all instructions, tags, and attachments
- Include your order number in the package
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1–4 business days to your original method of payment
- Refunds are not available for items purchased with promo codes
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable
- If a return reduces an order originally eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
Sale Items
- Sale items are FINAL SALE
- No refunds are allowed
- Exchange requests may be considered only at our discretion
